Executive Assessment

Executive Assessments are powerful tools to provide leaders with insight into their leadership behaviors and beliefs. Many leaders are rewarded with promotion for their performance but leadership skills are not fully developed. Our executive assessments are designed to create a shared language of leadership, a feedback– rich shared vision of trust, authenticity, and accountability. One tool we use is The Leadership Circle Profile. It provides immediate insights into executives’ behaviors and guides them in goal setting and self-reflection. 

The Leadership Circle Profile is a baseline, behavior–based assessment of ‘leadership effectiveness’ for every executive coaching assignment. We then coach to the results, encouraging continuity and responsibility for one’s behaviors.

C-Suite Coaching: The Leadership Cascade

Playbook Coaching offers C-suite team coaching designed to give attention to how each individual works within the dynamic of the team and their influence on the organization. We do this with a systematic program of team training, coaching and workshops. 

Leadership cascades from the top, which makes it more likely that teams throughout the company will be strong. But Leadership Cascading must be nurtured. 

C-suite executive coaching is about expanding self-awareness and self-knowledge, which informs team awareness. How is the executive team influencing the organization for better and for worse? The goal is to get the C-suite rowing in the same direction by identifying a singular, collective identity for the team that cascades through the organization. 

We partner with organizations to create a feedback–rich environment as part of a larger effort to develop leaders at all levels. This includes developing action plans and helping leaders hold each other accountable to shared values that drive organizational behavior and C-suite leadership team effectiveness.
